Two senior consultants.
One straight-talking agency.

We've spent decades in travel PR, trusted by some of the industry's biggest names, learning from some of its best leaders, and seeing first-hand what great agencies do, as well as what they don't. Aim & Grace is what we built when we decided to do it our own way: senior expertise and strategic thinking, delivered with honesty, warmth and no ego.

We started this agency because we believe we can offer something special. There are so many travel brands with brilliant stories that can't afford huge agency fees and don’t need big teams. We offer something different: the quality, experience and strategic thinking of a big agency, with the flexibility, personal service and affordability of a boutique consultancy.
‍
We are transparent about what we can do and have built an incredible network of like-minded agencies and individuals so that we can deliver integrated campaigns both in the UK & Ireland as well as internationally.

Personal service

We build genuine relationships with our clients. Every client gets senior-level attention, whatever the size of their budget.

Honest advice

We believe the best client relationships are built on trust, so we'll always give clear, transparent, constructive advice, focused on the best long-term outcome.

Strategy first

Great ideas only work when they're based on insight and purpose. Every campaign starts with a clear strategy, so creativity is always aligned to client goals.

Meet Amy and Grace

Together, Amy and Grace led the team behind two consecutive years of PR Agency of the Year wins at both the TravMedia Awards and the Travel Marketing Awards. Their blend of skills is a killer combination as they can turn their hand to serious crisis comms as adeptly as witty social media campaigns and fast-paced newsjacking.

Amy Skelding
Founder

Before anyone in the UK owned an iPhone, I was faxing press releases to journalists. Over the last two decades I've moved with every shift in the industry. I backed bloggers early, ran social campaigns before they had a name, and worked with up and coming writers and creators who are now household names.

I've built award-winning campaigns for some of the world's best-known travel, tourism and hospitality brands. Most recently I led the UK travel practice at FINN Partners, overseeing PR, digital and representation for tourism boards, luxury hotels, tour operators and airlines. I was named TravMedia's PR Business Leader of the Year in 2025 and 2026 and received the AWTE Outstanding Achievement Award 2025. My highlights range from Delta Air Lines' award-winning D-Day Veterans’ Flight to Terry Wogan reading my Visit Northumberland press release on BBC Radio 2.
‍
I care about doing good work, and just as much about doing good in the travel industry. I was named TTG Travel Pride Champion 2023, I'm a member of the Sustainable Travel Agora, and I'm a former co-chair of the AITO Sustainability Committee. I’m a founding member of the Step Up Internship, created to drive diversity in travel media and communications. Constantly curious, I'm also studying for the ICRT Professional Certificate in Responsible Tourism.

Grace Parker
Founder

My first PR job was in tech, promoting gadgets and software for brands such as Vodafone and Adobe and turning cybersecurity and data warehousing into stories people wanted to read. I then spent 14 years at TUI turning big brand moments into unmissable stories, from leading the comms for the launch of the UK's first Dreamliner and the transformation of Thomson into TUI, one of the biggest rebrands in UK travel history, to developing and delivering strategies for new hotel openings, store openings and the introduction of new ships. There were also challenging times, having dealt with some of the toughest crises, from sickness outbreaks and customer deaths to fleet groundings and delayed openings. During my tenure, I was responsible for so many outputs: putting executives on the BBC Breakfast sofa, creating training and strategies for internal communications, engaging research projects for thought leadership, working with a whole host of celebrities and creating big broadcast moments that made a difference.
‍
After leaving TUI I had the privilege of leading the PR team at FINN Partners working across multiple brilliant travel brands and destinations, where a career highlight was winning Campaign of the Year at the TravMedia Awards. To top that off, last year I was named TTMA's Travel PR Professional of the Year.
‍
I've just completed my AI Fluency course and gained a powerful perspective meaning I get to combine my original tech PR roots with my love of the travel industry and stellar communications.

Hear from the people we've worked with before.

"Amy Skelding brought both inspiration and insight to the Sustainable Travel AGORA 2026 in Skiathos. As moderator in one of the sessions, her remarkable ability to capture the essence of our discussions and bring together different perspectives added real value and energy to the concept of the AGORA and to the conversation around the future of sustainable travel."

Eleni Skarveli
Director, Greek National Tourism Organisation UK & Ireland

"Amy and Grace are exactly the type of PR professionals you hope you end up working with on a campaign. They’re warm, they’re enthusiastic and you can tell they simply want the best for their clients, but they do so in a way that’s realistic and makes the content creator feel heard too. In my experience, that’s always what creates the best partnerships - and, quite often, gets a few extra posts out of me too!"

Chelsea Dickenson
Travel Expert and Founder, Holiday Expert

"It’s rare to find the holy trinity: people who are an absolute dream to work with, have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the industry, and somehow possess an almost enviably good sixth sense for what’s coming next. Amy and Grace have all three… and then some.

What makes Amy and Grace so exceptional is that they’re consistently ahead of the conversation, spotting where the industry was heading, embracing creators long before the travel industry did and continuing to evolve their approach as the landscape changes. After eight years of working with them, I can say with complete confidence that they don’t just understand where the travel PR industry is today, they’ve helped shape where it is going next."

Shu Lin
Content Creator and BBC Presenter

"I first worked with Amy and her team on tourism, but I quickly came to rely on her extensive knowledge, sharp thinking and sound judgement across a wide range of communications challenges.
‍
Her highly professional yet human approach meant that even in the middle of a communications crisis, I always felt confident navigating the challenge with her. What sets Amy apart from other PR specialists I have worked with is that she brings a rare combination of strategic expertise and kindness to the table.
‍
I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a trusted communications partner who combines expertise with a thoughtful and pragmatic approach."

Lea Gestsdóttir Gayet
Former Head of Public Relations, Business Iceland

"Amy and Grace are the queens of the travel industry and my go-to PRs when I'm looking for good, sellable stories. I've worked with Amy for most of my career as a travel journalist, more recently with Grace, and they have both helped me secure numerous commissions for top tier publications. Not only do they know the industry inside out, but they are responsive, creative and instinctively know what journalists need."

Tracey Davies

"I had the pleasure of working with Grace over a ten year period at TUI and First Choice - including on the project team for the rebrand from Thomson to TUI. She is an outstanding communications professional, fun to work with and full of ideas. Grace always keeps strategy front of mind and ensures all activity is purposeful, targeted and of real value.Grace is always looking ahead at the next big thing, making sure brands are leading the way and achieving cut through."

Amanda Lakin

"We’ve had the pleasure of working with Amy for over five years. Throughout that time, she became much more than a PR agent. Amy brought a fantastic combination of professionalism, creativity and genuine enthusiasm to everything she did. She was always approachable, thoughtful and proactive, and we really valued her ability to understand what we needed and turn that into meaningful results. Having worked with Amy for so many years, we’ve seen first-hand the dedication and expertise she brings to her work. We’re delighted to see her take that experience into her new business and have no hesitation in recommending her and the work she does."
